Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all front‑end operations, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service

  • Support customer service programs and respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide checkout support as needed, including register functions and customer assistance

  • Guide and oversee front‑end activities including scheduling, service levels, and daily operations
