We're looking for a Customer Service Manager who will help lead our front end and keep that Bob's experience strong every single day.
What You'll Do:
You'll be the go-to leader for our cashiers and service desk team, making sure customers are greeted with a smile, lines move quickly, and problems get solved the right way. You'll set the tone for the front end - positive, helpful, and always focused on the customer.

Responsibilities Include:
Leading and supporting our front-end team (cashiers & service desk)

Schedule:
Daytime hours plus one evening per week until 8:00 PM, and weekends as needed.
