Customer Service & Logistics Specialist
Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mon-Fri, up to two 1/2 day Saturdays per month

Luck Stone Bull Run Plant is seeking a Customer Service Specialist.

Are you a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist who can deliver top-notch service, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. In this role, you’ll be the go-to link between our customers, drivers, sales team, and operations while making sure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate & Fulfill Orders: Handle order entry, dispatch, scale operations, and ticket processing. Assign contract and private haul trucks, provide accurate maps and directions, and navigate both city and rural routes while following weight restrictions.
  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Respond quickly to customer needs, providing practical solutions and maintaining service excellence.
  • Keep Things on Track: Meet department performance standards and benchmark service levels.
  • Manage Transactions: Handle cash, process credit card payments and deposits, and make account adjustments as needed.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years in a customer-focused role where service excellence was essential preferably in an office environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills & Strengths:
    • Flexible, self-starting, punctual and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software
    • Collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
    • Critical thinker who uses resources efficiently.

    • Steady and composed under pressure in deadline-driven situations.

Competitive hourly pay (biweekly). Benefits start day 1 of employment and include:
