Role: Bilingual Japanese (Keigo) Customer Service Desk Associate *Entry Level OK*
Pay: $23.51/hr.
We are currently recruiting for the Customer Service Desk Associate position, starting August 24, 2026.
We are looking for candidates who have native-level Japanese (with strong Keigo) and business-level English.
Shift Details: 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute break (Early and Late shifts).
* PDT (Summer): Early 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM / Late 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
* PST (Winter): Early 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM / Late 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Weekend Availability: Applicants need to be able to work both Saturdays and Sundays. For the first few years, the schedule will include weekends, with days off during the week (though we do have a shift-swap system in place).
