About Us:

We are currently in search of dynamic office/administrative/customer service professionals to join our growing team at our inbound call center. If you have a knack for customer service and possess a thorough understanding of Microsoft products, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls with the utmost professionalism.
  • Efficiently enter data into our CRM system while simultaneously speaking to clients.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with clients to address their needs.
  • Participate in and complete all required training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Capability to multitask, particularly entering data while communicating with clients.
  • Reliable means of transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Completion of all training modules.

Shifts Available:

  • Monday to Friday: 4:30pm - 11:00pm
  • Saturday to Sunday: 10:00am - 10:00pm
