Front Desk Agent We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to provide excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Compensation: $15 hourly Key Responsibilities: Check guests in and out by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing keys. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally. Manage cash drawer and process payments (room charges, cash, debit, or credit). Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and organized. Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness for guests. Provide guests with directions and information about the property and local attractions. Answer guest calls, messages, and process requests or concerns. Run daily reports and ensure the accuracy of information. Assist guests with special requests and ensure their satisfaction. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and maintain confidentiality of guest information. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations. Proficiency in Windows operating systems and office software. Ability to work well with others and develop positive working relationships. Ability to lift to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently.
