What will you be doing? 

  • Support field teams in executing approved commercial strategies and campaign initiatives. 

  • Engage healthcare professionals via phone and virtual platforms to reinforce product access pathways and specialty pharmacy distribution processes. 

  • Assist with transition initiatives from retail to specialty pharmacy partners to improve product acquisition within healthcare settings. 

  • Serve as a consistent virtual presence that builds rapport, strengthens relationships, and expands connectivity across stakeholders. 

  • Leverage customer networks, digital tools, and CRM platforms to enhance reach and engagement. 

  • Accurately document interactions, insights, and follow-up actions in accordance with client policies and compliance standards. 

  • Maintain productivity metrics aligned with program objectives. 

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the migraine product portfolio, access landscape, and approved promotional materials. 

  • Successfully complete all required product and compliance training (self-study, testing, virtual and/or in-person training). 

  • Collaborate closely with Virtual Sales Managers, Field Regional Sales Managers, and Field counterparts to ensure aligned execution. 

  • Support the execution of commercial strategies in compliance with FDA regulations, Federal Healthcare Program requirements, and client policies. 

What do you need for this position? 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience 

  • Previous virtual/contact center sales experience required 

  • Strong technical acumen 

  • Strong work ethic and ability to build rapport quickly 

  • Positive attitude and adaptability 

  • Open to and actively solicits feedback for professional growth 

The base pay range for this position is $42K – $78K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
