Job Summary
CR Fletcher is seeking a fantastic Administrative Assistant to join a client company in Syracuse, NY. Become a part of one of the area's longest-standing family-owned businesses, where generations of leadership have built a reputation as a top-notch employer. In this role, the selected individual will provide top-notch support to the office team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Order entry into internal software to ensure the customer orders are properly documented, with a high level of accuracy
  • Provide backup support to front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism
  • Maintain an organized working space, keeping documents filed for easy retrieval
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents utilizing Microsoft Office
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone or email promptly and courteously

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a customer-focused organization
