Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

What You’ll Do:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist with product questions, order processing, and issue resolution
  • Track shipments and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
  • Use creative problem-solving to resolve customer concerns
  • Write product descriptions, take product photos, create videos, and support social media and blog content
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents, organize data, and support special projects
  • Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitors, and customer insights
  • Support special projects such as pricing issues, Amazon seller complaints, promotional banners, product bundling, listing optimization, and return analysis
  • Working with Amazon to ensure correct pricing and resolve seller complaints
  • Creating promotional materials and product bundles
  • Conducting market research through social media and other online channels
  • Photographing and editing product images for multiple platforms
  • Reviewing product returns and customer feedback to improve listings and sales performance
