Job description

Acloché is looking for a Customer Satisfaction Advocate in West Columbus!
Candidates are responsible for providing solutions for our customers via email, social media, telephone, or walk-in. The purpose of the role is to help consumers make decisions on purchasing our products, address any technical questions or concerns, provide order status updates as needed, and resolve issues, when necessary.
Primary duties of Customer Satisfaction Associate:
• Handle and process customer orders and changes according to established policies and procedures, process payments, provide timely and accurate information to customers.
• Answer customer questions regarding use of products, troubleshoot any issues or concerns a customer may be having with the product.
• Prepare, and process quotes.
• Meet and greet visitors, clients, and vendors.
• Assist with development of product videos, tutorials, educational materials, FAQs and social media content.
• Sign for and distribute packages as they arrive.
• Update and manage our social media presence through our company accounts.
• Routine housekeeping duties, such as keeping front office clean, organizing supplies, stocking restrooms and kitchenettes
• Order supplies including office supplies, food, and cleaning products as needed
Required Skills:
•Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in writing and verbally using proper grammar and solid comprehension of English language.
•Proficient in utilizing customer service techniques; demonstrate patience and empathy with customers; adept at building rapport to create a strong relationship with a customer. •Adept at managing multi-line phone system, documenting telephone sales, and handling a variety of customers.
•Exceptional data entry skills – both in terms of quantity and quality;
•Proficient in using MICROSOFT WINDOWS 10, WORD, EXCEL
• Ability to accurately calculate figures as needed; make arithmetic computations rapidly and easily.
Required Qualifications:
•Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office position with customer service duties.
•Technology: Proficient in using Microsoft Word and the Internet daily.
•Equipment: Experience using desktop computer and multi-line phone system.
