Responsibilities

  • Greetย andย assistย customersย in a friendly and professional manner,ย helpingย themย select the right vehicle thatย suits them bestย based on needs and budgetย 

  • Provide information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricingย 

  • Conduct test drives and perform high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehiclesย 

  • Negotiate sales pricing, trade-in value,ย financingย and any promotional offersย 

  • Use CRM platform to communicate with potential customers, following sales processes for both new and existing customersย 

  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and inย a timelyย memberย 

  • Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationshipsย 

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge and features, and new vehicle modelsย 

  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situationsย 

  • Work collaboratively with sales and service team membersย 

Qualificationsย 

  • Prior sales experience is encouraged, but notย requiredย 

  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)ย 

  • Available to work Saturdays from 8 AM โ€“ 3 PMย 

  • Excellent communicationย andย customer service skillsย 

  • Professionalย appearance and positive attitudeย 

  • Self-motivatedย with theย ability to workย proactivelyย and independentlyย on lead procurement and follow-upsย 

  • Comfortableย initiating contact withย customers via phone call, email, text, and other communicationย ย 

  • Valid driverโ€™s licenseย ย
