Your Key Responsibilities
  • Execute order fulfillment processes for an assigned customer group or an assigned group of products.
  • Respond to customers inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistics problems arising.
  • Provide explanations and solutions to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external providers to implement corrective actions.
  • Identify optimization areas of supply chain and logistics activities and report to Team Leader and/or Professionals.
  • Ensure that services delivered are in line with defined quality standards and processes.
Your Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or high school diploma, combined with relevant practical experience.
  • Experience in customer service, order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain-related activities.
  • Good understanding of customer service processes and logistics workflows.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • A structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative working style. 
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
