Job description

This full-time on-site role is based in the Greater Phoenix Area, requiring the Sales Associate to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth through sales efforts. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting needs analysis, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining professional, long-term relationships. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with internal teams, provide product and service recommendations, and contribute to achieving company sales goals.

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM) skills.  Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members. Ability to understand construction processes, athletic facility design, and related services is a plus. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. Experience in the construction or athletic facility industry is beneficial. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
