BizIQ is looking for a sharp, highly organized, and motivated CRM & Marketing Coordinator who learns quickly, takes ownership, and enjoys helping clients succeed with technology.  In this role, you'll walk clients through CRM features, onboard new clients to the platform, and respond to inbound questions about how to use the CRM. You'll also help keep client CRM accounts in good shape, including lead management, contact lists and basic email templates. OBJECTIVES

  • Own client CRM onboarding and help clients quickly become confident using the platform.
  • Onboard new clients to the CRM, guiding them through setup and initial use.
  • Resolve inbound client questions quickly, accurately, and professionally, taking ownership through resolution.
  • Partner closely with sales and client success to ensure clean handoffs, accurate CRM data, and a strong client experience.
  • Monitor CRM and campaign performance, identify issues or opportunities, and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Stay current on CRM and email marketing best practices and platform updates.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Prior CRM experience is not required; however, candidates must demonstrate a strong ability to learn technology quickly and independently.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, support, retail, or similar) a plus.
  • Comfortable learning new software tools quickly.
  • Prior exposure to a CRM (HubSpot or similar) or basic email marketing a plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus.
