Join Spectrum’s Customer Service Reliability team as a Senior Project Manager and help drive work that strengthens service reliability and enhances customer experience. In this highly visible role, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, partner with senior and executive leadership, and ensure critical work stay aligned, on track, and positioned to deliver meaningful business impact.

This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead large, complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery to improve service reliability, operational performance, and customer experience
  • Partner with senior leadership, executive stakeholders, and teams across multiple departments to align priorities, drive accountability, and support successful project execution
  • Oversee project planning, resource alignment, risk identification, and execution across multiple workstreams to deliver measurable business value
  • Establish project plans, timelines, governance, and success measures that keep initiatives aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • Monitor scope, budgets, risks, quality, service levels, and performance metrics to maintain momentum and ensure project goals are achieved
  • Track progress, dependencies, and key decisions, proactively addressing issues and driving mitigation plans to reduce delivery risk
  • Communicate project strategy, status, milestones, and challenges clearly to leadership and stakeholders to support alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Mentor junior project managers and help elevate project management discipline, consistency, and effectiveness across the team
