Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Program Manager, Microsoft. This is a remote U.S.-based position that requires frequent travel. Candidates must have reliable access to a major airport

What you'll do: The primary function of the Microsoft Program Leader, Project Management is to act as the customer's single point of contact for post-order activities associated with active projects. This position will drive the Project Management Process and its associated elements throughout the organization to ensure accurate, complete and timely data with which fact-based decisions and evaluations can be made; and drive financial improvements and customer satisfaction on projects, through continuous improvements of Project Management processes by field based Project Managers and Project Engineers. In this function you will: Responsible for post-order support for Microsoft projects nationwide Manage, supervise and provide training for employees on applicable project teams Build relationships with product line management to assist in meeting critical project milestones for projects with Microsoft Develop effective "management to management" relationship with Microsoft to drive growth and build value for Eaton Participate in the Project Management leadership team, contributing creative ideas, thoughtful feedback, timely reports and updates, and a positive approach to the challenges presented Ensure integrity and competency of systems to comply with corporate, division, and organization policies, guidelines, and procedures Drive productivity growth within the group utilizing EBE principles and electronic tools to support efficient and profitable business growth Support the Industrial Sales Team and PMO in meeting strategic goals Attract, hire, develop, and retain top quality Project Managers who excel at providing customer value through the execution of processes, technical and commercial savvy, and effective relationship building with customers Technical product change and pricing negotiation, configuration changes, and approval and construction drawing preparation and changes Critical customer interface and relationship building while managing financials including Z accounts and customer claims Develop and train new team members, equipping them in the role of project manager ensuring a high level of productivity for all team members Resolve escalations related to factory, field service or customer issues.

Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales and/or marketing Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license Relocation is not available. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
