Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a Contractor Program Manager (CPM) to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in St. Louis, MO or Springfield, VA.
Role Overview
This position supports a contract with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The Contractor Program Manager (CPM) is responsible for directing, managing, and administering the accomplishment of all tasks required under the contract to ensure completion of program activities within the established budget and schedule. The CPM serves as the primary management point of contact for all contractor support allocated to the contract, oversees the accomplishment of the tasks, and ensures the delivery of the associated CDRLs. The CPM is the single point of contact with the customer program office.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the single management point of contact with the customer program office.
  • Direct, manage, and administer all contract work to ensure delivery within the established budget and schedule.
  • Support all contract and subcontract activities related to performance, financials and burn rate, schedules, personnel, training, security deliverables, and contract modifications.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Government Program Manager, keeping them informed of relevant contractor information, particularly significant risks and issues and their associated resolution plans and status. Ensure timely and compliant delivery of all CDRLs.
  • Maintain ongoing subject matter expertise of relevant customer programs, projects, and activities at both the programmatic and technical levels.
  • Other duties as required

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a business-related field
  • At least five years of program management experience managing projects within the Intelligence Community, with NGA experience preferred
  • At least four years of experience in financial, business, and lifecycle acquisition management
  • Experience on programs of similar size and scope, including subcontract management experience
  • Relevant experience working with IC organizations
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or comparable certification
