Job description

A global manufacturer is seeking a  Order Processing Manager to lead sales order operations and drive a high level of customer satisfaction across the US. This role is open due to growth in North America- being a part of a tight knit team, with a brand new office, and growth potential!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales order management, including order entry, tracking, fulfillment, and issue resolution
  • Manage and develop a customer-focused team that supports business growth and strong client relationships
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Support customer order processing across multiple business segments
  • Play a key role in ERP process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures
  • Track KPIs, report on performance, and implement operational improvements
  • Build strong customer relationships and help ensure on-time delivery through order expediting when needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree- preferred
  • Experience in sales order management, customer operations, or order fulfillment
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, or a complex operational environment preferred
  • Leadership experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP would be a huge plus
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities

• Experience managing sales order or customer order operations in a fast-paced business environment.

• Demonstrated leadership ability with success developing teams and improving service performance.

• Experience with a larger ERP software in relation to order processing, transaction management, or related workflows.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address operational issues and customer concerns effectively.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across teams and building customer trust.

• Ability to manage priorities across multiple business segments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Comfortable using metrics and process reviews to drive operational improvements and support business objectives.
