Schedule:Part-time; Wednesday, 3:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., Friday, 3:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking an Operations Support Representative in Green Bay to provide excellent customer service to both Schneider drivers and customers during non-traditional business hours. The Operations Support Representative will answer calls, track orders and solve driver- and customer-related problems that arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for drivers and customers.
  • Solve problems to prevent customer delays.
  • Provide updates to first shift associates on issues that occurred during non-business hours.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers, drivers and team members.
  • Use a wide range of technology to accurately and efficiently complete work.

Skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work non-traditional business hours.
