Backed by 45 years of proven systems and a network of nearly 9,000 successful student alumni across Ontario, Quebec, & the East Coast, this is a hands-on leadership role built for high performers seeking real-world management and entrepreneurial experience before finishing University!

As an Operator, you’ll take full ownership of a local painting operation, learning marketing & sales, hiring and leading a team, managing production, and delivering exception customer experience - all while receiving one-on-one coaching and support from experienced business mentors

Marketing

  • Execute local marketing to generate consistent leads

  • Track and improve lead quality and conversion

  • Grow territory presence through disciplined execution

 

Sales

  • Run in-home estimates and close new business

  • Price jobs to protect margins and profitability

  • Deliver a professional, high-trust client experience

Recruiting

  • Recruit, interview, and hire painters

  • Build and lead a motivated, accountable team

  • Train, schedule, and retain staff

Operations Management

  • Schedule jobs and crews efficiently

  • Oversee job sites for quality and safety

  • Solve issues quickly to keep projects on track

Admin / Organization

  • Manage job costing, payroll, and expenses

  • Maintain schedules, systems, and documentation

  • Stay organized to support smooth operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Full-time access to a vehicle from January - August

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Student or recent graduate able to commit 15–25 hours/week (Jan–Apr) and 40–60+ hours/week (May–Aug)

  • Strong work ethic, coachable mindset, and willingness to learn

Compensation:

  • Commission (Uncapped) + Performance Bonuses 

  • The average operator earns $26,000+ from January - August

  • Top performers see earnings from $40,000 - $60,000+ from January - August
