About the Opportunity:

Government contractor in Tysons Corner, VA is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator to support office operations, executive leadership, and company communications. The position also provides executive support to the CEO, including schedule coordination, communication support, meeting preparation, and follow-up on organizational initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate interested in business operations, government contracting, administration, marketing, and executive support.

Essential Responsibilities:

Examples of duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative functions, including purchasing, vendor management, document management, finance support, and maintaining efficient business processes.
  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, correspondence, executive briefings, action-item tracking, and prioritization of daily activities.
  • Support finance and accounting processes, including invoice tracking, expense reporting, and purchasing.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business communications as needed.
  • Develop, and manage the company's digital presence, including LinkedIn, website updates, marketing campaigns, conference promotions, employer branding, and social media engagement.
  • Coordinate corporate events, conferences, trade shows, recruiting activities, customer meetings, and executive travel logistics, ensuring successful planning and follow-up.
  • Distribute approved communications and coordinate follow-up actions with internal staff.
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for professional business use.
