Big Independent insurance agency with a small operations office is looking for an insurance experienced individual to assist in all facets of agency operations. In this position you will provide customer service to clients, assist producers, help with accounting and agency operations and even be called on to do sales....however you may also be asked to provide simple tasks like answer phones and open and distribute the mail. Basically we are looking for a Jack-Of-All- Trades. This agency was established in 1997, and has $40M of premium on the books, 70% commercial lines. This is an in-office position, not remote. We require a dependable, professional, mature, self-motivated individual. Exact hours are flexible, office hours are 8:30-5. Salary + bonus commensurate with experience. Health and Dental Benefits. Prior Insurance experience is mandatory Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
