Service Team Associate - Insurance Customer Support
GavinHeath is partnering with a client in Centennial, CO looking to add a Service Team Associate to their team. The role is a FTE position. Our client is growing fast and looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative who loves helping people and solving problems.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support for insurance products
  • Understand customer needs and recommend personalized solutions
  • Resolve issues with empathy, patience, and creative problem-solving
