Implementation Consultantis a dynamic role that involves a broad range of responsibilities. The primary responsibility is to act as an application and solution specialist for theONESOURCE Pageroplatform. In this position, you will work both independently and collaboratively, as you will often manage several projects in parallel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate an understanding of theAP/AR lifecycleand e-invoicing compliance regulations across theEU and APACregions.
  • Deliverend-user and super-user training, and make decisions related to configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Act as a specialist inlarge, cross-functional implementation projectsand partner-led projects.
  • Contribute toproject planning and timeline management.
  • Resolvecustomer support issueseffectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, includingProduct, Sales, and Support, as well as partner organizations.
  • Supportpre-sales activities, such as software demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients.
  • Customize and configure applications according to agreed specifications.
  • Design, develop, and document project deliverables in line with agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Participate inapplication configuration, implementation, and testing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience acting as animplementation and solution consultantin large, cross-functional implementation or partner projects.
  • Contributing toproject management activities, including creating and updating project plans and timelines.
  • Resolvingcustomer support issuesin a timely and effective manner.
  • Working closely with key business teams, such asProduct, Sales, Support, and partner organizations.
  • Assisting withpre-sales activities, including software demonstrations and prospect scoping.
  • Collaborating withProduct Management and Engineeringwithin Thomson Reuters to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Customizing and configuring applications to agreed specifications.
  • Designing, developing, and documenting project deliverables according to agreed customer timelines and budgets.
  • Hands-on involvement inapplication configuration, implementation, and testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bring5-8 years of experiencein IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e-invoicing.

Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
