Job description

Leads delivery of implementation services, including project execution, resource management, operational performance, service offering development, team leadership, staffing, and executive customer engagement. Collaborates with sales, customer success, support, and product management to support client implementation and adoption.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the delivery of implementation services to clients, overseeing resource management, project delivery, and operational success metrics.
  • Work directly with Head of Customer Delivery to create service offerings aligned to enterprise and commercial market segments, including value positioning, scope of services, collateral, and pricing.
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a world-class Professional Service team capable of delivering large engagements.
  • Forecast and manage the Professional Services team to match the growth delivered by sales, ensuring the team is always properly staffed to implement new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry practices and technology available for integration services for the accounting, tax, and legal business areas.
  • Communicate product enhancements to Product Management teams across Bloomberg INDG as requested and identified by customers.
  • Form positive customer relationships with executive stakeholders at key customers.
  • Perform other special projects and/or related duties, as assigned.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience with enterprise SaaS implementation, strategy development, project management, and executive stakeholder management.
  • 7+ years of experience in managing Implementation or Professional Services teams.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling a professional services implementation business with accountability for financial targets, project monitoring, resource management and utilization, and other KPIs as specified
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with customers success, support, and sales
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile development and engaging customers in best practices regarding the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to be in office 4 days a week and travel up to 25% of the time to meet and work onsite with customers, prospects, or Beta testers, and to attend relevant industry events and conferences.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in implementing technology in tax, accounting, finance, or law
  • Previous experience using Jira, SalesForce, Certinia, and Tableau

Compensation Range:
$190,000.00-$250,000.00
Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
