Job description

Customer Program Management (CPM) at LSEG is a global function within Customer Implementation and Services responsible for ensuring that customer impacting projects including major upgrades, migrations, and displacements-are delivered consistently, efficiently, and with a strong customer experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with delivery teams and internal stakeholders, supporting client engagement as required, and collaborating with partners across Customer Implementation, Sales & Account Management, Product & Proposition, and Technology to support delivery of agreed project outcomes.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for
  • Support the delivery of small to medium-scale projects across the project lifecycle, contributing to delivery on time, within budget, and within agreed scope, under the guidance of a more senior Project or Programme Manager.
  • Execute defined project activities and plans within established governance models, standards, and methodologies.
  • Support engagement with project sponsors and stakeholders including customers) to clarify objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Identify, track, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies, supporting timely resolution in line with governance.
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting, contributing to status reports for stakeholders.
  • Participate in relevant governance forums, preparing materials and following up on actions as required.

  • Delivery & Methodology: Skilled use of standard project management methodologies and artefacts (plans, RAID, reporting) to manage project activities effectively.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and supporting delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Problem Solving & Judgement: Analyses information to make sound delivery decisions, considering impacts on scope, risk, and dependencies.
  • Risk & Escalation Management: Identifies risks and issues and manages escalations appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
  • Quality & Continuous Improvement: Strong attention to detail, maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to process improvements and lessons learned.

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience giving to project updates and reporting for internal partners and, where appropriate, customers.
  • Project Management or Financial Markets certification desirable.
  • Familiarity with internal systems (e.g. Siebel, Salesforce, License Manager, ServiceNow, Full Picture).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard project management tools.

Compensation/Benefits Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $82,500 - $137,500.
Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
