At Attica Motorsports, the Midwest’s leading off-road powersports dealership, we’re looking for a Customer Greeter / Admin Associate who’s excited to be part of a high-energy team and help every customer feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors.

This front-line role is perfect for someone who’s organized, outgoing, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll support our sales team, assist guests, and help keep our showroom looking its best.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greet customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude
  • Assist the sales team with customer flow and communication
  • Answer phone calls professionally and provide accurate information
  • Organize and maintain the appearance of the showroom
  • Provide answers to common customer questions or help direct them to the right team member
  • Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and professional environment
  • Support dealership events and other team activities as needed
  • Assist / Monitor Customer Leads on the CRM
  • Make Outboard call to follow-up on Customer Satisfaction
