What You’ll Own
  • Power Operations Performance: Drive operational goals across generator installation, service, and maintenance, helping local teams improve productivity, capacity, efficiency, and execution.
  • Installation: Help locations improve installation capacity, cycle times, scheduling, quality, and overall field execution from sold job through completed installation.
  • Service amp; Maintenance: Strengthen generator service and preventative maintenance operations, including scheduling, technician productivity, maintenance agreement execution, response times, and customer experience.
  • Operational Best Practices: Establish and reinforce consistent processes across power locations while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Safety amp; Quality: Champion a strong safety culture and ensure teams consistently meet expectations for workmanship, compliance, quality, and customer experience.
  • Staffing amp; Capacity: Partner with local leadership and recruiting to identify staffing needs and ensure installation, service, and maintenance teams have the capacity to support demand and growth.
  • Training amp; Development: Help onboard, train, and develop operational leaders, technicians, installers, electricians, and other power team members. Share best practices across locations and raise the standard of performance throughout the division.
  • Performance Management: Monitor operational KPIs, identify gaps and opportunities, and work directly with local leaders to develop and execute improvement plans.
  • Cross-Location Support: Serve as a resource to General Managers and operational leaders, helping troubleshoot challenges and implement solutions across multiple businesses.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, training, scheduling, dispatching, material management, field execution, and overall customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of management experience within a residential power/generator operation required
  • Strong, hands-on knowledge of residential standby generators required
  • Demonstrated experience managing generator installation, service, and maintenance operations
  • Strong understanding of residential generator workflows, including installation, permitting, electrical requirements, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, scheduling, dispatching, materials, safety, and quality control
  • Proven ability to improve productivity, operational efficiency, capacity, and consistency
  • Experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing field teams and operational leaders
  • Experience managing operational KPIs and using data to identify opportunities and drive accountability
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and support teams across multiple locations
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned division
What Success Looks Like

You’ll help our power locations operate more effectively and consistently across the entire customer lifecycle - from installation through ongoing service and maintenance.

Success means increasing operational capacity, improving productivity and efficiency, strengthening safety and quality, developing stronger teams, and implementing scalable practices that help each location deliver a great customer experience while continuing to grow.

Why Liberty Service Partners
