Role Description The Customer Services Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rochester, NY, focused on supporting customers throughout the print management process. In this role, the specialist responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals, providing clear information on products, services, pricing, order status, and delivery timelines.
