  • Guide projects through approval, funding, and execution
  • Partner with engineering and construction teams while maintaining business ownership

  • Support commercial negotiations (interconnects, transportation agreements, term sheets
  • Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, and Finance to ensure strong agreements

  • Present recommendations to leadership for approval

Navigate Regulatory & Market Environment

  • Support strategy related to Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) requirements
  • Ensure compliance with tariffs, regulations, and industry standards
  • Stay informed on market trends and energy dynamics

Lead Through Influence

  • Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Regulatory teams
  • Lead project teams and external partners without direct authority
  • Provide clear updates, reporting, and insights to leadership
What Success Looks Like
  • A strong pipeline of viable growth projects
  • Successful execution of large‑scale infrastructure projects on time and on budget
  • Trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal leaders

  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience building relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Knowledge of energy markets or infrastructure development fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications

  • Greenfield natural gas pipeline development (origination through execution) with demonstratable experience delivering positive outcomes.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements
  • Experience working with a regulated utility
  • MBA or advanced degree

  • Contract negotiation & deal structuring
  • Cross‑functional leadership & collaboration
  • Market analysis & regulatory awareness
What to Expect
