Job Summary:
BDEs are responsible for driving strategic solutions within high-potential existing accounts. They focus on securing multi-year, high-value commitments through solution selling, complementing the day-to-day efforts of Account Executives (AEs).
What You'll Do:
Strategic Account Expansion
  • Identify opportunities to solution sell within key accounts.
  • Secure long-term agreements that align with the customers strategic objectives.
  • Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with senior stakeholders to drive long-term growth.

Collaboration with the Implementation team
  • Align with team to execute and deliver on solution.
  • Deliver presentations as a team to execute or close an opportunity.

Collaboration with Account Executives (AEs)
  • Work alongside AEs to complement operational selling with strategic initiatives.
  • Align efforts to avoid overlap and maximize revenue potential.

Commitment Negotiation & Solution Selling
  • Lead executive-level discussions to position DMG as a strategic partner.
  • Structure contracts with clear milestones and growth KPIs.

Market Insights and Strategic Influence
  • Leverage data and market trends to proactively position DMGs value proposition.
  • Build executive relationships to influence customer decision-making.

Pipeline Development & Deal Execution
  • Track and advance strategic opportunities from identification to contract closure.
  • Report progress and align on execution plan

Other duties as assigned by management.
What You Need:
  • Networking: Ability to make connections easily and build relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Communication & Presentation: Conveys information to internal and external stakeholders in a clear, concise manner. Uses written and verbal communication and presentation skills appropriately.
  • Goal Oriented: Remains focused on goals and leverages resources to attain goals.
  • Prioritization: Manages and coordinates multiple projects/assignments simultaneously and completes tasks accurately and timely.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail without losing the big picture.
  • Risk Management: Takes thoughtful risks knowing that taking a risk is often better than not acting at all.
  • Problem Solving: Assesses situations quickly, reviews options, plans solutions and acts with urgency.
  • Time Management: Dedicates appropriate time to priorities, not easily distracted, and follows-up appropriately.
  • Analytical: ability to compile, summarize, analyze, report and action data.
  • 10+ years of related sales experience.
  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must exhibit excellent written, oral and presentation skills through power messaging.
  • Encompasses strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills and business acumen for effective decision making.
  • Be able to make business decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company.
  • Experience in complex sales organizations.
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
