POSITION SUMMARY

TheManager, Product Development & Deliveryis a player-coach leadership role that combines hands-on execution with strategic product and technology leadership. Must have 9+ years' experience working Python, .NET, ASP.NET, React, MVC, andmicrofrontends.This role leads the development and delivery of the OM Innovations platform-an integrated suite (Vision, Community, and Resilience) that powers end-to-end supply chain solutions-by directly managing engineering and product teams whileremainingactively engaged in critical technical and architectural work.

This role is empowered with technical direction, team structure, and programpriorities,the role balances detailed execution oversight with a broader strategic perspective. Serving as the bridge between day-to-day delivery and long-term strategy, it enables faster, more informed decisions across architecture, resourcing, and product trade-offs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Define and execute an enterprise-wide strategy that alignsQSight'sVision, Resilience, and Community platforms to measurable business outcomes.

  • Own the architecture, design, and quality of the OM Innovations platform (Vision, Community, and Resilience), ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-performing software solutions.

  • Lead end-to-end execution of product roadmaps and releases, driving cross-functional delivery and ensuringtimelydelivery of features and enhancements across multiple agile teams.

  • Serve as a technical player-coach, leading by example through hands-on involvement in architecture, design, and code reviews while setting high engineering standards.

  • Directly manage and coach engineering and product teams, fostering a high-performance culture through mentorship, career development, and strong accountability.

  • Oversee teamsoperatingacrossa diversetechnology stack (Python, .NET, ASP.NET, React, MVC, andmicrofrontends) to deliver integrated, cohesive platform capabilities.

  • Partner with Product Management and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into execution-ready plans, ensuring alignment between product vision, engineering delivery, and customer value.

  • Maintain accountability for platform stability and operational excellence, including production support, site reliability, and incident response.

  • Champion best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and quality engineering to continuously improve system availability, security, and performance.

  • Manage technical debt andoptimizecloud architecture (e.g., GCP) to balance cost efficiency with long-term scalability and quality.

  • Create andmaintainarchitecture documentation, decision records, andimplementation ofplaybooks that drive consistency and accelerate delivery across teams.

  • Be hands-on when necessary to prove patterns, unblock delivery, and harden implementations-building targeted reference solutions, prototypes, and production improvements in partnership with engineering teams.

  • Provide expert consultation during incidents or performance events, working with theappropriate teamsto accelerate diagnosis and resolution.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 9+years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in technical leadership roles (e.g., managing development teams or leading complex software projects).Track recordof delivering enterprise-grade software products or platforms to market is essential. Domain experience in supply chain, healthcare, or SaaS platforms is highly desirable.

  • Proven team management experience, including performance coaching and talent development. Strong engineering background - adept in modern cloud architectures (microservices, GCP/AWS, CI/CD, DevOps) and software development best practices.

  • Product mindset withabilityto weigh customer needs and business goals in technical decisions. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience aligning technical teams and business stakeholders. Agilemethodologyexpertiseand adeptness at managing execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Deep knowledge of modern software architecture patterns, including microservices,microfrontends, and API-driven design

  • Strong understanding of full-stack development across technologies such as Python, .NET, ASP.NET, React, and MVC

  • Knowledge of cloud-native platforms and infrastructure (e.g., GCP), including scalability, cost optimization, and distributed systems

  • Understanding of Agile delivery models, product lifecycle management, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, release management)

  • Familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems, system integrations (ERP, supply chain systems),and SaaS delivery models

  • Knowledge of healthcare or supply chain domain concepts (e.g., inventory management, contracting workflows, or operational analytics)(valuable but can be framed as preferred if needed)

  • Translate business strategy into actionable product and engineering plans

  • Drive cross-functional execution, aligning engineering, product, and business stakeholders

  • Manage and prioritize competing demands, balancing speed, quality, and cost
