Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) is seeking an On-Site Installation Representative in support of the U.S. Navy.

Responsibilities
  • Provide liaison support between NSWCPD Program Managers, ISEAs, NAVSEA sponsors, Type Commanders (TYCOMs), waterfront activities, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
  • Review and track installation details to include lessons learned, installation Liaison Action Requests (LARs), Test Observation Reports (TORs), and other information as part of installation execution
  • Assist program managers with the development and tracking of Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) for related installations, programs, and projects
  • Coordinate and support progress meetings for projects and repairs
  • Provide waterfront liaison support including liaising between ship's force, shipyards, Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs), AITs, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), and other supporting activities; providing NSWCPD status of alterations, non-permanent changes, repairs, operation, maintenance, and testing of specific systems/equipment; and providing immediate feedback on shipboard issues and concerns
  • Track alterations in accordance with TS9090-310, Alterations to Ships Accomplished by Alteration Installation Teams
  • Attend Work Production Meetings, Work Authorization Form (WAF) meetings, and other meetings
  • Review and use of Ship Installation Drawings (SIDs), Liaison Action Requests (LARs), Test Procedures, and Plan of Action and Milestones (POAMs)
  • Witness pre-testing, installation, post-testing, and Installation Check-Out (INCO)

Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED or graduate of military or trade school
  • Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain this clearance upon position acceptance) is required for this position
  • Working knowledge of Navy Organizations
  • Must be capable of working within a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Candidate must have a Secret clearance or be able to obtain one
  • Communication Systems and/or Combat Systems experience is a plus
  • Prior military experience is not required but is a plus
  • Up to 50% travel may be required
