Job Description

We are seeking an Unclaimed Property Specialist 1 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer service, data entry, and records management and a proven ability to resolve inquiries, maintain accurate documentation, and support inbound call operations.

Responsibilities:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Project Phase 1: Receive emails and enter data into the unclaimed property system.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Project Phase 2: Answer inbound calls from customers and provide resolutions.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Manning the Unclaimed Property Hotline as first point of contact and liaison to clients.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Manage inbound calls in a timely manner while following established call center scripts.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Document control: retrieve, classify, and organize forms and correspondence.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Sign for incoming registered or certified mail, sort and distribute mail, and keep package records.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Produce digital copies of documents for retention and arrange express deliveries when needed.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Collect and prepare correspondence for mailing and correct or forward misdirected mail.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Data entry: transfer data from paper or email into systems, verify accuracy, and update records.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Retrieve data and organize paperwork after entry to ensure proper retention.
