Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer data with accuracy and confidentiality
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform data entry and ensure proper account setup
- Communicate effectively with clients to support their needs
- Maintain and update customer databases regularly
