Customer Care and Marketing Service Assistant
Reception, administration, client outreach/calling, and handling our In Book Client Outreach Program Administration.  

* In Office Work from both our new office location in Mission (2424 4 St SW, Unit 800, Calgary, AB, T2S 2T4).
** This is a full time, permanent, long-term career opportunity. Candidate's work status must be Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen.
Jeff Cooke Insurance requires a Customer service pro with sales skills and lots of energy to handle reception, administration and client outreach contacts and run our "front of house".

Benefits and Compensation:

Qualifications

  • 2 years or more of exceptional customer service experience
  • Experience as a restaurant server or in retails sales is preferred
  • Ready to study for and obtain the General level 1 Insurance License
  • Be extremely coach-able, a quick learner and love ongoing training
  • Exceptional at multi-tasking
