The Customer Analytics Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality data analytics and processes execution for a customer or set of customers. They will provide actionable data sets and process tracking that will be used to drive financial and operational improvements in supply chain and will collaborate with stakeholders at the customer(s) and within Owens & Minor.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $70-100KThe actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provides reporting and analytics to monitor performance.
  • Uses data to support root cause analysis when performance metrics are off track.
  • Manages reporting needs and analyzes customer request for custom reports.
  • Creates custom KPI dashboards (critical measures) to drive and measure operational and financial improvements.
  • Create data visualizations to tell the story of the data and provide meaningful insights to support problem solving, opportunity identification, and prioritization of business needs.
  • Effectively communicate and present analytics to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develops and maintains strong, account-specific analytical processes with the customer.
  • Utilizes data to support management of contract compliance to all agreed terms and conditions.
  • Collaborates with personnel within the customer and within O&M to ensure accurate and consistent information is present for the customer.
  • Utilizes data to drive item standardization and identify conversion opportunities.
  • Supports strategies to drive proprietary products with existing and new customer targets.
  • Create and maintain documentation on data models, measures, infrastructure, and processes.
  • Process, clean, and validate integrity of data to be used for analysis including developing process for SKU hygiene.
  • Explore and analyze data to identify patterns, relationships, trends, and potential risks.
  • Support improvement and optimization initiatives with data analytics.
