Working closely with the HR Leader, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, this role identifies key workforce questions, translates data into clear narratives, and helps leaders take informed, data-driven action.
In addition to delivering analytics, this role helps shape decisions by guiding stakeholders through workforce trends and enabling leaders to use insights to drive future orientated outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Influence
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify workforce priorities and define the analytics needed to inform decisions.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights that shape priorities and decisions.

Insight Generation & Decision Enablement
  • Deliver analytics, dashboards, and reporting that support workforce priorities including retention, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Connect data points to highlight workforce risks, opportunities, and practical actions.

Consultative Problem Solving
  • Partner with stakeholders to diagnose workforce issues, challenge assumptions, and refine solutions through data.
  • Work with HRIS, IT, and analytics partners to ensure data quality and effective solutions.

Scalable Insights & Continuous Improvement
  • Build and improve scalable reporting and dashboards that increase visibility into workforce trends.

Skills & Capability

  • Translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Credibility to engage HRBPs and business leaders in strategic discussions.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset and experience with Power BI or similar tools.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, analytics, business, organizational psychology, information systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, workforce planning, or a related field.
  • Experience building insights, reports, or dashboards that inform business and talent decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with predictive analytics, workforce planning, or retention analysis.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, automation, or Microsoft Copilot.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and ethical use of workforce data.
  • Insurance industry experience preferred.

Pay information:
The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. The salary for the position is $78,000-$107,000 with a 15% bonus potential.
