What You Will Contribute:
The Account Support Consultant serves as the primary and dedicated support for a portfolio of Platinum-tier customers. This role ensures accurate order and quote management, timely issue resolution and consistent delivery against service level commitments.
Job Duties:
  • Manage accurate quote & order creation and order entry using manufacturing configurator systems
  • Provide real-time pricing and product information via phone and email
  • Confirm technical specifications, configurations, and order details with customers prior to release
  • Maintain working knowledge of new and existing products, configurations and pricing structures
  • Resolve order, pricing and service issues promptly in accordance with established SLAs
  • Coordinate with internal teams, sales, operations, manufacturing, finance etc. to ensure timely and accurate resolutions
  • Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
  • High school degree/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of related customer account support experience
Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting internal and external customers such as sales or customer service required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software required
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, or water/wastewater industry preferred
