Location: Florence, AL / Northwest Alabama and Southern Middle Tennessee project sites

Note: Candidates should be able to travel to project sites primarily in Lauderdale County, with additional work in Colbert County and Lawrence County as needed.

We are looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on custom home projects. This person will be responsible for keeping jobs organized, subcontractors aligned, quality standards high, and projects moving forward safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader who understands residential construction, communicates well, and takes pride in building homes the right way.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage daily on-site operations for custom home construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, and project schedules
  • Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, quality standards, and timelines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
  • Communicate project updates, issues, and needs to the office and leadership team
  • Review work in progress and identify problems before they become costly delays
