Qualifications:
  • Applicant must fill out an online application
  • Ability to be flexible with work hours
  • Black Seal Boilers License
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, direct and organize the work of all building custodians
  • Demonstrated aptitude for successful completion of cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned
  • Ability to comprehend basic operating instructions, prepare reports and prepare yearly staff evaluations
  • Knowledge of computers
  • Knowledge in general maintenance repairs
  • Must be able to climb and work off a ladder
  • Must be able to list at least 50 lbs.
  • Valid NJ Driver's License
