Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Custodial Lead to join our team in Ft. Worth, TX. The Custodial Lead will oversee daily custodial operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the custodial team effectively.

This position is fully onsite and will report to the Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the custodial team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor the progress of custodial staff.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support.
  • Inspect facilities regularly to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with management to address any maintenance or cleaning issues promptly.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs for replenishment.
  • Ensure all custodial activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
