We empower our teachers and support staff with mastery of digital courseware, Google tools, innovative instructional strategies, and seamless course management. Our typical training hours are Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Plus, to keep our hybrid training, observations, and team meetings smooth, you'll need to live within a 20-minute drive of a Brightmont school.

Your Mission as a Training Specialist:

  • Delivers captivating, synchronous training and coaching that truly inspires, develops, and empowers our instructors and administrative assistants with deep knowledge of our systems and procedures.

  • Fosters a vibrant, collaborative culture, building strong, positive relationships with our campus teams, and ensuring every action aligns with Brightmont's inspiring mission and values.

  • Becomes the go-to resource, answering campus questions, skillfully navigating escalations, and providing unwavering support.

  • Uncovers and organizes invaluable insights by auditing course folders, transforming experiential knowledge into reinforced best practices.

  • Maintains impeccable, highly organized databases, files, and records, diligently verifying accuracy, resolving any discrepancies, and ensuring every detail is perfect.

  • Craft engaging asynchronous "mini" e-learning modules and other creative instructional materials that meet unique staff needs and drive our strategic initiatives forward.

  • Proactively identifies future training needs, helping to design and build exciting new curricula.

  • Champions our brand, ensuring all content is polished, professional, and perfectly aligned with Brightmont's distinctive look and feel.

  • Embodies integrity, acting with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and compliance in all interactions and with all sensitive information.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree

  • K-12 education experience is a fantastic bonus!

  • 5 years of experience delivering impactful adult professional development

  • You're a whiz with Google Workspace, computer systems, and Excel spreadsheets.
