Job description

We Are:

Accenture LearnVantage helps organizations transform how their people learn and work. We partner with enterprise clients to design and deliver high-quality, scalable, outcome-driven learning that builds the skills their workforces need. Udacity, now part of Accenture LearnVantage, brings deep expertise in technical upskilling through hands-on, project-based online learning. Together we build learning experiences that help people gain in-demand skills in cloud, data, AI, and more.

You Are:

You are a technical learning content developer who turns cloud expertise into learning experiences that stick. You combine hands-on cloud knowledge with a grounding in how adults learn, and you care that learners can demonstrably apply a skill in a real-world setting, not just consume content. You own the technical accuracy and instructional quality of what you build, you use AI tooling to work faster without dropping the quality bar, and you collaborate well with subject matter experts, authors, and testers. You move toward solutions even when requirements are ambiguous, guided by data but biased toward action.

The Work:

Join the Learning Experience team and help build the cloud learning experiences that power effective workforce upskilling at enterprise scale. As a Technical Content Developer, you'll take design requirements and learning objectives from the pod roadmap and partner with subject matter experts to build course modules, hands-on labs, projects, and assessments. You'll own the technical accuracy and instructional quality of what you produce so that learners can demonstrably apply new cloud skills on the job.

  • Develop technical learning experiences (courses, modules, hands-on labs, projects, quizzes, and assessments) against defined design requirements and learning objectives for the cloud domain.

  • Translate design requirements into learning experiences that lead to verifiable skill acquisition and application, not just content consumption.

  • Author and test hands-on labs and projects end to end, making sure cloud environments are configured correctly and working solutions are reproducible by every learner.

  • Build assessments, quizzes, and other instructional-design elements that measure whether the target skill was actually acquired, in line with LearnVantage learning standards.

  • Validate the technical accuracy of all content, partnering with subject matter experts and authors to keep pace with changes in cloud platforms and tools.

  • Use AI tooling to accelerate drafting, iteration, and QA of content, raising throughput without sacrificing quality.

  • Incorporate feedback from testers, learners, and reviewers into content revisions.

  • In this role, you'll work in a curriculum pod and report into a Curriculum Lead.

What's In It for You?

  • You'll build cloud learning that reaches people at enterprise scale and gives them skills they can apply on the job, not just content they consume.

  • You'll work at the leading edge of AI-accelerated content development, helping shape the tooling and workflows the pipeline depends on.

  • Accenture will continually invest in your craft and growth, with access to certifications, learning resources, and a global community of practitioners.

  • You'll collaborate with subject matter experts, authors, and testers across Accenture LearnVantage and Udacity.

    Here's What You Need:

    • Minimum 2 years of deep hands-on cloud expertise across at least one major platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with an emphasis on how enterprise teams apply cloud skills in their roles.

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design, grounded in adult learning science (scaffolding, retrieval practice, cognitive load, and assessment).

    • Minimum 1yearof experience authoring and testing hands-on labs and projects end-to-end, including environment troubleshooting.

    • Minimum 1yearof experience with AI tooling for drafting, iteration, and QA.

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Computing and AI Prompting.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.

    • Minimum 2 years in a cloud-related role (Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Cloud Engineer, or Data Architect).

    • Minimum 1yearof experience with version control tools like Git.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
We anticipate this job posting will be posted until 09/11/2026.
