In this role, you will utilize your skills in speaking, writing, and presenting to disseminate information to various groups within the organization. Responsibilities: * Conduct specialized in-depth research and analysis using multiple sources to support Survival, Resistance, Evasion and Escape (SERE) and Personnel Recovery (PR) policy, doctrine, curriculum development, training, exercises, training development projects, oral history projects, repatriation events, and contingency support for the Personnel Recovery Academy (PRA). * Perform multiple and varying assignments under the limited direction of the R&PD Assistant Lead and/or Lead. * Act as an individual contributor and/or member of a team and may perform some leadership functions for small projects/programs or other work activities. Minimum Qualifications: * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance. * Working or academic experience researching, translating, and organizing complex concepts into useable written training materials. * Proficient with standard desktop computer systems and related software. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in preparing training materials for staffing. * Bachelor's degree or higher. * Graduation from Service level "C" Code of Conduct course. * Graduation from Professional Military Education course. * Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. * Possess effective speaking, writing, and presentation skills to express thoughts logically and clearly to a diverse audience. * Knowledge of doctrine, plans, policies, and procedures governing SERE/PR education and training. Service Contract Act (SCA) Compensation & Benefits: This is an hourly, overtime-eligible position that falls under the Service Contract Act (SCA). In accordance with the Health and Welfare provisions of the SCA, and in addition to your base hourly rate, you may be eligible to receive an additional health and welfare payment for each hour you work to ensure compliance with the minimums set forth by the act. The amount you are entitled to receive will vary depending upon the fringe benefits you select now and in the future. Compensation & Benefits: HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $35/hr to $42/hr (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
