Job description

Responsibilities
  • Own and continuously evolve training on the CENTEGIX story, mission, and product suite, ensuring every employee understands what we build, how it works, and how our products work together
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to keep enablement content current as products, positioning, and the competitive landscape evolve
  • Design and deliver a structured selling skills curriculum, covering foundational sales methodology, objection handling, and product‑specific selling scenarios
  • Build and manage a certification program so managers and leadership can verify readiness at each stage, from onboarding through tenured performance
  • Own the full enablement curriculum end to end, from onboarding through ongoing skill development, ensuring content stays current and relevant as the company matures
  • Establish clear metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, including ramp time, certification completion, and manager and leadership readiness
  • Report on enablement impact to leadership, tying programs back to business outcomes like time to productivity and internal promotion readiness
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales training and enablement, ideally within a scaling SaaS or B2B technology company
  • Proven experience designing and owning a training curriculum from scratch, including certification and measurement frameworks
  • Experience with enablement and learning technology, such as LMS platforms, content management systems, and video coaching tools, including evaluating and implementing the right stack as the function scales
  • Experience delivering both sales‑focused and leadership‑focused training, rather than one or the other
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to teach technical product concepts in a way that is clear and engaging
  • Comfortable operating cross functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and People Operations
  • Self‑motivated builder who thrives in an environment without an existing playbook, since this function is being built from the ground up
