As a Night Auditor you'll be a part of a team that shapes the guest experience at Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻi, a new oceanfront destination overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Haʻupu Mountain. Located near Kalapaki Beach, Nawiliwili Harbor, and The Ocean Course at Hōkūala, this 210-room resort offers a unique opportunity to help launch a hotel that celebrates the spirit, culture, and natural beauty of Kauaʻi.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Minimum one year of front desk supervisor experience
  • Night auditor experience is highly preferred

Shift Pattern: Overnight shifts
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets
  • Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports
  • Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings
  • Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use
  • Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
