CTC- Culture & Training Coach- Full Time Job Description Goal: The Culture and Training Coach serves as an integral member of the Baller Leadership team, providing dedicated physical support and performance enhancement for Ballers both on and off the road. This role is designed to proactively address the unique demands and challenges associated with travel and training, while fostering the personal growth and development of individuals within the Baller program. Drawing on principles of structured coaching and mentorship, the Culture and Training Coach reinforces brand standards and contributes to a high-performance culture that prioritizes Baller's well-being, readiness, and continuous improvement. During Trip Checks Assume the leadership role during the check in ensuring the baller team is running smoothly Train/work with any head baller on trip check ins (doing weekly 1 on 1's) Work diligently to instill culture on all baller trips Hold Ballers accountable to brand standards Ensuring baller program operational standards are being met while on trips Pour into ballers with tips and tricks on how to be more operationally sound (ex: assertively coaching, tapping off, verbally coaching while catching up) Assist in any community hours, friends and families, & swag days) Demonstrates emotional regulation and self-awareness by maintaining composure in highโ€pressure moments, stepping back to assess the situation, prioritizing effectively, and taking intentional action. Able to separate personal feelings from professional feelings Mentor team when applicable Outside of Trip Check Ins Help develop ballers at all stands in the region and prepare them for upcoming trips Work with SO/Manager during outreach weeks when needed; coach head ballers on how to operate outreach weeks Shadow and help with everyday duties of Baller leadership Work to instill culture in existing stands Help Kelley/Rachel with trip checkโ€ins, etc. Help push the use of 1Huddle, explaining the app and all its features Work to understand and be able to execute the duties of baller coordinator Work with Kelley/Rachel to help manage baller turnover #J-18808-Ljbffr
