Job description

Production

  • Responsible for personal performance metrics.

  • Responsible for team performance metrics.

  • Assist with closing other team members tours and packages.

  • Meet or exceed expectations for both face to face and phone marketing metrics.

Executes Strategy

  • Execute tactical marketing plans as set by the marketing leadership to exceed plan; tour & package flow, cost/sales, efficiency, and net volume targets for local Marketing.

  • Train & onboard marketing team members.

  • Champion Hilton quality customer care culture throughout all Marketing channels.

  • Secure future business through package sales.

Drives Execution

  • Handle marketing related guest issues as determined by marketing leadership.

  • Assist with tour or marketing related issues.

  • Responsible for Marketing presence at Sales Centers as needed.

Build and Lead Talent 

  • Assist with ongoing training to increase production.

  • Proactively seek and schedule ongoing workshops and training sessions to support maximum production, team building and corporate culture.

  • Coach the marketing team related to guest service and marketing constantly.

  • Demonstrate and champion the usage of correct policies and procedures.

Drive for Results

  • Monitor the Marketing Coordinator's sales pitch and customer interactions on a consistent basis.

  • Facilitate marketing initiatives on the floor.

  • Create and foster and motivated team environment out in the field.

  • Assists with managerial responsibilities as needed.

Overall

  • Must be available to work a flex schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Carries out all reasonable requests by management.
