We have a competitive wage and benefit package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Vacation, Paid Time Off, Employee Assistance Program, Identity Guard, Legal Assistance, Pet Insurance, Volunteer Time Off, Paid Parental Leave, and a 401k Plan.

Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the Arlington and Columbus sites. Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, source high-caliber talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial screen to offer negotiation.
  • Serve as the strategic "gatekeeper" and first point of contact for employee concerns. Foster positive workplace relationships by providing sound guidance and addressing issues with empathy and professional judgment.
  • Facilitate a high-impact onboarding process for new hires in the TX and OH regions, ensuring a smooth transition that aligns with our Las Vegas corporate standards.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs and industry events. Act as a primary champion for our culture, ensuring our values of innovation and excellence are reflected in every hire.
  • Own the accuracy of regional employee records within ADP, Motivosity, and internal databases. Prepare insightful reports for leadership to track regional people metrics.
  • Execute regional engagement initiatives, including team-building events, milestone recognition programs via Motivosity, and charitable drives, ensuring local teams feel connected to the broader organization.

  • Support employee and P&C team needs at other locations as needed.
  • Participate in fostering an organizational culture that values innovation, promotes inclusion, and inspires excellence in the work environment.
  • Protect company trade secrets and proprietary data. Manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion, escalating complex situations to P&C corporate when necessary.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance as a field leader; comply with all organizational procedures.
  • Participate in job-related training and continuing education.
  • Complete other related duties assigned by supervisor and/or department management.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a P&C or HR role, with a heavy emphasis on employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, and multi-site support.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and federal/state employment laws, specifically for Texas and Ohio (Nevada and California knowledge is a plus given HQ location).
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and significant experience with ADP. Familiarity with engagement platforms like Motivosity is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as a field-based partner while maintaining a strong "dotted line" to the Las Vegas team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at both the warehouse floor and executive levels.
  • Proven ability to multitask and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Deep commitment to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and productive work environment.
  • Willingness to work weekends or after-hours as needed to support employee needs.
