CULTIVATION TECHNICIAN
The Cultivation Technician position at Snaxland involves supporting the core company goal of quality cannabis cultivation. The Cultivation Technician is responsible for supporting all aspects of the cultivation operation from propagation to harvest in the day-to-day management of our gardens.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Ensure quality and consistency in plant care and maintenance.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet cultivation goals.
• Observe and report on plant condition and any issues that arise particularly those affecting plant health and growth.
• Assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing plants, including, but not limited to; watering, pruning, washing, cloning, planting, transplanting and resetting rooms, sorting, quality control, fulfillment, and facility maintenance.
• Assist with IMP applications.
• Maintaining organization of plants, tags, and supplies etc.
• Maintain and follow policies and procedures set by Snaxland and the Colorado MED.
• Always be mindful of cleanliness and organization of equipment and workspace.
• Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.
• Transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Complies with safety requirements at all times.
• Perform tasks in the nursery as assigned.
Work Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cannabis, but cannabis grow or general nursery/greenhouse experience a plus.

• Current MED badge
• Valid ID, 21 and over only.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude is a must.
• Sense of personal responsibility to abide by all company policies and procedures as well as compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
• Strong personal accountability to follow all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.
• Reliable transportation to assist in supporting consistent attendance and punctuality.  
Working Conditions
• Ability to perform the following physical tasks: climb, push, pull, grasp, stoop, stretch, walk, bend, twist, perform repetitive motions, and carry items. Must be able to sit, stand, reach, and lift for long periods of time.
• Must be able to perform tasks in a warm, humid, and high light environment.
• Comfortable on ladder for periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs multiple times per day
• Schedule will vary depending on the needs of the business and can include nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
